 1. Style precautions

  This style is presentation style for Saga.

      When you are submitted to handover of power municipalities, please submit with style determined in each municipality.

      In addition, please confirm presentation ahead and the local government where it is first as style to use for every local government becoming presentation is established.

      Particularly, please use style of the new address metropolis and districts (or designated city) by all means when you relocate principal office outside prefecture.

   (2) NPO corporation which establishes two plural offices in municipalities more than in Saga

       ⇒Saga

 

   (3) NPO corporation which establishes office in one municipality of Saga

     1) Municipalities (is called "handover of power municipalities") as follows municipalities establishing office as for the case concerned

                      Karatsu-shi, Tosu-shi, Taku-shi, Imari-shi, Takeo-shi, Kashima-shi, Ureshino-shi, Kanzaki-shi, Kiyama-cho, Arita-cho, Omachi-cho, Tara-cho, Shiroishi-cho

     2) Municipalities which establish office in the case of municipalities except the above

                      Saga

 

  (4) NPO corporation which relocates principal office to other metropolis and districts from Saga

     ⇒When office is in Saga (1 of (3)) municipalities the municipalities concerned)

     ※Amendment of articles certification application (change of the principal office location) style uses style of new address

 

  (5) NPO corporation which relocates principal office in Saga from other metropolis and districts

     ⇒The metropolis and districts (or municipalities) before move

About model style of amendment of articles accompanied with 3 2016 law revision, 2011 law revision

  (1) Amendment of articles by 2016 NPO law revision

   In about the autumn of 2018, the total sum registration of assets is abolished and is changed for "notification of balance sheet" that NPO corporation performs.

   Please change corporation needing change of "notification" of articles of incorporation article in reference to the following by the autumn of 2018 to cope with this.

 

  (2) Amendment of articles by 2011 law revision (the April 1, 2012 enforcement)

   There are change of accounts term accompanied with change of accounts method, change of article of amendment of articles, change that it allows we consider newly, and to establish general meeting resolution.

   Corporation which we have not changed yet, please perform amendment of articles in reference to the following.

  ※Corporation performing amendment of articles accompanied with law revision in conjunction with notification (2016 law revision) of balance sheet in 2011, please utilize this "application model".

  ※When perform change application only for legal amendment in 2011, is cut in unnecessary part (change point of "method of notification" accompanied with 2016 law revision article) in this "application model"

   It is possible if we establish that we adopt method to perform decision when we send notice of guidance of meeting by E-mail or we cannot attend by E-mail in articles of association.
