Eligibility requirements for an examination

1. Person who was born after April 2, 1959

2. Person whom duties experience in (we include engine of state organ or local public bodies out of Saga.) such as private enterprises establishing the registered principal office outside Saga adds up as of the end of June, 2018, and there is more than five years

2. Applicable person of Local Public Service Law Article 16

  • Person before ceasing to receive the execution until we are sentenced to punishment with more than of imprisonment (kinko), and the execution is over or
  • Person who gets a punishment of disciplinary dismissal as the Saga staff, and does not pass in two years from day of the disposal
  • Person who formed political party or other groups which claimed that we destroyed the Constitution of Japan or the government formed below by violence or joined this

Decision method, allocation of points of passer

1. The first examination passer

We examine appeal sheet and are decided. But it is said that it is unacceptable when examination result with appeal sheet does not reach constant standard.
  
2. The second examination passer
About UJI turn frame, it is decided in high mark order of score (300 points of perfect scores) of interview examination 1. In addition, about member of society experience frame, it is decided in high mark order of total score (400 points of perfect scores) of thesis examination (one hundred perfect score) and interview examination 1 (300 points of perfect scores). But we do with failure when there is subject less than constant standard in test subjects of the second examination.
 
3. The last passer
About UJI turn frame, it is decided in high mark order of total score (400 points of perfect scores) of thesis examination (one hundred perfect score) and interview examination 2 (300 points of perfect scores). In addition, about member of society experience frame, it is decided in high mark order of total score (400 points of perfect scores) of presentation examination (one hundred perfect score) and interview examination 2 (300 points of perfect scores). But we do with failure when there is subject less than constant standard in test subjects of the last examination.
 
4. We announce the average of passer, pass low point at the time of pass announcement on Saga staff employment information homepage.
 
5. When the items mentioned of examination application and appeal sheet have falsehood or injustice, we do with failure regardless of result of examination.

 We post on bulletin board of the prefectural office. In addition, we notify only passer in document. (you publish in Saga staff employment information homepage, but please confirm in bulletin board of the prefectural office or document by all means.)

 

 

 

From the last pass to adoption   

The last passer is decided in consideration of the number of the people planning adoption.
The last passer is registered by employment candidate list which National Personnel Commission makes. Appointer (the Governer) decides adopter from employment candidate list shown by National Personnel Commission.
It is from list registration day to March 31, 2020 for validity of employment candidate list. It is after April 1, 2019 at time of adoption.

Adoption being late even if pass for the last time as may be registered more than the number of the people planning adoption by employment candidate list may not be adopted.

Salaries

1. As for starting salary and the official post and rank, careers of adopter are decided after taking into consideration as follows.

We demand human resources who can play an active part as adaptable fighting potential after the adoption, and official post and rank after adoption plans lower than chief grade.

Example: Person who has private experience of eight years after 30 years old, the graduation from university at the time of adoption on April 1, 2019

Starting salary approximately 250,000 yen

 

[member of society experience frame adopter]

We demand human resources who can play an active part after personnel training and the carrier formation after adoption, and official post and rank after adoption plans director grade.

Example: Person who has private experience of six years and overseas volunteer experience of two years after 30 years old, the graduation from university at the time of adoption on April 1, 2019

Starting salary approximately 220,000 yen

 

※Starting salary may change by salary revision.

 

2. In addition, in support, house, commuting, the term end, other benefits such as diligence, overtime are paid depending on supply requirements.
