We revised Saga staff Gender equality promotion action plan.
In addition, points of this revision are as follows.
◎Reinforcement full participation in planning to childcare, care of the staff by approach of promoting
・We standardize conduct of teleworking after before vacation acquisition and the reinstatement in around January in before childbirth.
・All target male staff carries out the acquisition such as vacation or parental leave for childcare or teleworking.
◎Reinforcement full by approach pertaining to prevention of sexual harassment
・We carry out the staff questionnaire and grasp situation of sexual harassment in periodical (once a year).
・We added "sexual harassment prevention correspondence manual in the workplace" which paid off correspondence depending on basics, situation and the situation of sexual harassment to the end of a volume.
・We can receive counseling by health nurse or doctor and try for support in consideration for mental health care of consultant and consulted person.
◎Consciousness pickles of "day of man and woman participation in planning"
・On third Wednesday, the staff works on simultaneous ordinary dismissal from an office except duties of Emergencies every month.
