In December, 2011, "law to revise a part of temporary Act on Special Provisions of national tax-related law to modify victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake" is enforced, and, targeting at approaches for and revival promotion suffered damage about national taxes such as income tax by the Great East Japan Earthquake, measures in the new taxation system are added.
We can receive refund of taxes by measures in the taxation system founded in "temporariness Act on Special Provisions of national tax-related law to modify victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake" enforced in April, 2011 and suffered damage in total by the Great East Japan Earthquake being able to receive reduction, exemptions such as income tax, and filing for final income tax returns.
