There are three kinds of "arbitration" "mediation" "mediation", but mediation is generally used most by method of adjustment of labor dispute that labor relations board performs.
Member of mediation becomes mediator and checks claim of both labor and management, and mediation is method that helps solution while disentangling conflict point.
