We carried out on-the-spot inspection based on regulations of measurement in supermarkets in the prefecture
For for summer gift-giving season when distribution of food increases in prefecture and each city in usual and the end of the year period perform "product weight (shohinryomoku) on-the-spot inspection" based on regulations of measurement that capacity in one of food in supermarkets in the prefecture is measured appropriately twice a year or confirms.
We will tell about the result as we carried out on-the-spot inspection of the end of the year period as follows.
In addition, we taught on the spot when non-appropriate product was confirmed to perform appropriate measurement for company.
Summary of 1 on-the-spot inspection
(1) Implementation period
From Tuesday, October 1, 2019 to Friday, December 27, 2019
(2) Office which was examined
In the supermarkets in the prefecture, it is 42 offices
(3) Target item
Edible meat, fishery products, vegetables, capacity in with food consumed every day including side dish are written.
(4) Inspection item
(1)Use of scales
・Is "scales" which proprietor uses used in appropriate environments of horizontal places?
・Do you use "scales" which had an examination by periodical inspection to fix for law?
(2)Capacity notation in one of products
・Is capacity notation appropriate among products sold at store?
※ We randomly select products and inspect using "scales".
As a result of 2 product weight on-the-spot inspections
Among 1,265 products which we inspected, it is about four. It was confirmed that 54 products equal to 3% were non-appropriate.
As for the breakdown, thing by "excessive quantity" more than quantity of indication was four capacity in 50 thing by "lack" less than quantity of indication inner capacity.
Factor of "lack" was following three points.
・36 setting mistakes to scales with automatic values of weight of (look) such as box, container to put products in
・Nine decreases in inner capacity by drying while products display (natural wastage)
・Five others (at the time of measurement, thing touched scales)
For company where non-appropriate product by lack of inner capacity was confirmed, we carried out instruction on the spot to improve reviews of measurement regime.
