We hold seminar about HACCP (HACCP) (February 27, 2020 (Raiwa 2) holding)

 In the law to revise a part of the food hygiene law promulgated on June 13, 2018 (Heisei 30), it is necessary that proprietor such as all food works on hygiene management along HACCP (※).
 
 We add to summary of HACCP to be able to work on proprietor engaged in food manufacturing industry smoothly in the prefecture without taking "hygiene management that took in way of thinking of HACCP" too seriously and hold "... to cope with the HACCP seminar - revision food hygiene law for of food manufacturing industry" who included making training of hygiene management plan (the third).
 We performed practical training as example with HACCP manual of confectionery by restaurant, the second seminar by the first seminar. We perform practical training as instance with "pasteurized container filling sterilization food" this time.

 Thursday, February 27, 2020 (Raiwa 2) from 13:15 to 17:00 (plan)
 The first floor of the Saga Industrial Technology Research Center Main Building training room (114, Nabeshimamachiyaemizo, Saga-shi)

 Hygiene management technique to manage process that is particularly important because the removal reduces harm factor in all steps to reach shipment of product from the arrival of raw materials after proprietor oneself such as food grasped harm factors (hazard) such as food poisoning bacteria pollution or alien substance mixture with HACCP, and to find safety.
